Digital Products Only

All products sold through the Uncle Greenback digital product store are digital products unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

No physical product will be shipped to you, and there are no shipping or handling charges associated with our digital products.

Digital Delivery

After successfully completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email containing instructions or a link to access and download your digital product.

Digital products are generally available immediately after your payment has been successfully processed, although delivery may occasionally be delayed by payment verification, email filtering, or technical issues.

Please make sure the email address entered during checkout is correct.

If you cannot find your download email, please check your:

• Spam or junk folder
• Promotions folder
• Other filtered email folders

If you still cannot access your purchase, contact our customer support team and include the email address used to place your order and your order number.

Downloading Your Purchase

Once you receive your download link, we recommend downloading your files and saving a copy to your computer or cloud storage.

Certain products may require third-party software or services to use them. For example, spreadsheet products may be designed for use with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel. Compatibility information will be stated on the relevant product page.

You are responsible for ensuring you have access to any software reasonably required to use the product before purchasing.

Refunds & Returns

Because our products are digital and access is provided shortly after purchase, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been supplied or accessed, subject always to your rights under applicable consumer law.

We do not accept physical returns because there is no physical product to return.

This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have where, for example, digital content is faulty, not as described, or applicable law otherwise entitles you to a remedy.

UK & Other Applicable Consumer Rights

Where applicable law gives you a cancellation right for digital content, we will comply with those requirements.

For UK customers in particular, digital content supplied during the normal 14-day cancellation period requires the consumer's prior express consent to begin supply and acknowledgement that the cancellation right will be lost once supply begins.

Where required, this consent and acknowledgement should therefore be obtained during the purchase process before immediate digital delivery begins.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible with your order numbers.

We will review genuine duplicate purchases and, where appropriate, issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.

Problems With Your Digital Product

If your download link does not work, your file appears corrupted, or you received the wrong digital product, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide you with a working copy of the product you purchased.

A technical problem accessing a purchase should normally be treated as an access/support issue first, rather than leaving the customer without the product they paid for.

Product Results

Some Uncle Greenback products contain calculators, spreadsheets, templates, scripts, guides, estimates, checklists, or other educational financial tools.

Purchasing a product does not guarantee any specific financial result or amount of savings.

Actual results depend on your individual circumstances and the actions you take.

Personal Use License

Unless otherwise stated, your purchase grants you a limited license to use the digital product for your personal use only.

You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish, upload, or commercially exploit the product or its contents without our prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.

Chargebacks

If you experience a problem with an order, please contact us first so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this section limits your legal rights to dispute an unauthorized, incorrect, undelivered, or otherwise qualifying transaction with your payment provider.
